Our production pallets for vibropress machines are manufactured from high-density Nordic pine wood and feature a proven double dovetail connection between the planks. This classic pallet design has been well known and successfully used in the concrete block industry for over 30 years.

UPadvanced production pallets for Hess machines represent the next generation of wooden pallets for the concrete block industry. They combine the proven advantages of wood with a special hard plastic surface layer, made of wood-plastic composite (WPC).
The pallet surface is coated with a durable hard plastic layer that effectively protects the wood against wear, moisture, and abrasion. At the same time, the advanced bonding technology creates a monolithic connection between the plastic layer and the wooden core, preventing delamination and ensuring long-term structural integrity under continuous production loads.
The wooden core is made of precisely selected planks with predominantly vertical annual rings, which significantly reduces pallet deflection under load. This construction ensures high stiffness, dimensional stability, and consistent performance, even in intensive vibration processes on Hess concrete block machines.
Thanks to the optimized structure and excellent vibration transmission, UPadvanced pallets deliver:

Reference: 06.2026 - Plant near Bratislava in Slovakia is using UPadvanced plastic covered pallets for 6 years - still perfect surface and vibration transmission.
07.2020: "It was approx. 2 years ago when I spoke the first time with myWood about the possibilities of purchasing the production pallet UPadvanced with plastic covering", remembers Mr. Production Manager at City Stone Design. myWood and their sales partner have presented me the advantages and the characteristics of the latest development. „A production pallet with very good static behaviour, a strong surface without joints, low weight and a very good price/performance ratio – all this has been very interesting for me“ – Mr. Production Manager continues. He decided to start a testing period with a larger number of the production pallets UPadvanced on an existing concrete block machine over several months. The results of the test ware exceeding the expectations and because of that, City Stone decided to invest in production pallets UPadvanced. The delivery was in May 2020 and the productions pallets are now in use on a Hess RH 1500-3VA.
The pallets have been in used for a few month and Mr. Production Manager is very happy with the result. His expectations have been meet by 100 %. „The new production pallet offers us all opportunities – with its unique properties it is a true all-rounder.“ Easy to use because of the completely closed surface for both thin and large size products in very good quality. Also suitable for heavy and high products, because the pallets show only little bending. Very important for the client was to invest in a pallet on which he is able to assign products in different formats easily. The very good stiffness and vibration transfer of the UPadvanced leads to very positive results regarding the compaction of the concrete products. The cycle times where reduced in average for more than 10 % in comparison to the wooden production pallets which where in use before and furthermore a considerable reduction in the amount of cement was reached. Due to the afore mentioned, in relation low weight, UP advanced are easy to handle and the machine is significantly less stressed in comparison to more heavy pallets. Also very positive for the client was the technical support and consulting before the delivery. Together with City Stone Design myWood analyzed the production conditions on site before manufacturing and delivery of the pallets. The results were summarized and some adjustments in the cycle were implemented to get the ideal conditions (mostly small and not expensive modifications concerning the transport system and the maintenance of the pallets). The measures have proven to be very effective. Mr. Production Manager appreciates the service, reliability and flexibility of myWood. He is very happy about the long-term co-operation for many years.
„When we started with the development of the UPadvanced it was the target to offer a high quality-pallet at a reasonable price to the clients “, says myWood Sales Manager. Using wood with mainly standing annual rings gives more stability to the board. The E-modulus is 12.700 N/mm² and thus much better than most pallets available on the market. The plastic covering ensures that the bottom of the concrete product is smooth and flat.
